Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom — Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days after processing.

🇿🇲 Zambia (Local) — Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order online.

Customs & Duties International orders (UK) may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Uncle Lusha is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
